Mom Has Twins, One With Down Syndrome, in Rare Birth

Parents Nicola and Todd Bailey want to change the stigma attached to Down syndrome, saying when they're out with their daughter who has the disorder, people stare. The Baileys claim their doctor said "sorry" when their twins were born, one with Down syndrome and one without.
