Mom Turns to 911 Call-Taker for Help Knotting Son's Tie

"I already prepared all of his clothes, ironed and everything and pants and stuff, and so only thing that was left was his tie. I said, 'Oh my goodness, how am I going to tie this tie?'" Luckily, 911 dispatcher Hannah Mesh was ready and able. InsideEdition.com's Leigh Scheps has more.
