More Than 100 People, Including Children, Killed in Nigerian Oil Refinery Explosion

More than 100 people, including women and children, were killed following an overnight explosion at an illegal oil refining depot in Nigeria, officials said. The state commissioner for petroleum resources, Goodluck Opiah, said on Saturday that 100 people were killed in the explosion in Nigeria's Imo state, remarking that they were "burnt beyond recognition."
