It happened in Ohio where State Highway Patrol officers were scanning their roadways for traffic violations over Memorial Day weekend. The agency reported over 26,000 traffic enforcement contacts, but this stop was memorable to them because of how fast the rider was going. The speed limit is 65 miles per hour.
