Mourners Line the Streets as John McCain is Taken to His Final Resting Place

Americans lined the streets to say one final goodbye to John McCain. The Senator from Arizona was laid to rest in a private ceremony at the U.S. Naval Academy in Maryland. The burial capped off days of memorials for McCain, who died on August 25th after a battle with brain cancer. A service was held for him the previous day at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C.
