A new book claims Pope John Paul II helped conceal child abuse by priests while he was the archbishop of Krakow. “Maxima Culpa” was written by a Dutch investigative journalist who reportedly claims to have found documents proving priests confessed to sexually abusing children to the future pope, who then covered up for them.
