More details have been released about the raid that brought Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores to the United States in handcuffs. John McPhee is a former Delta Force soldier, the elite unit that carried out the raid, and he spoke with Inside Edition. The Delta Force team reached Caracas at 1 a.m. ET on Saturday morning and the operation was over at 3:30 am. An hour later, Maduro arrived in New York. Thirty-two Cubans were killed in the air strikes.
