New Documentary Details Delphi Murders

Richard Allen was sentenced 130 years for the murder of two little girls, Libby German and Abby Williams, in Delphi, Indiana. Allen's wife Kathy is speaking out in a new documentary, "Capturing Their Killer: The Girls on the High Bridge," streaming on Hulu starting Tuesday. She insists her husband has been wrongfully convicted. The 5-year-long hunt for the killer focused on an image captured by German on her cell phone.
