New Documentary Tells Story Of DB Cooper Copycat, Martin McNally

DB Cooper became an American folk hero for supposedly "sticking it to the man" after parachuting out of a plane in 1971 with $200,000 in cash, never to be seen again. He triggered an epidemic of hijackings in the 1960s and 70s. Martin McNally was one of the hijackers who says he was inspired by Cooper. In 1972, McNally commanded an America Airlines flight then jumped out of the plane with $502,000, the equivalent of $4 million. His story is the subject of a new documentary "American Skyjacker."
