Tinned fish is becoming a really popular romantic meal for couples. Foodies on social media are going wild for tinned salmon, tinned trout and even tinned mussels. You can eat them on a chip or a piece of lettuce. Some are even making charcuterie boards out of tinned fish with various fruits and cheeses. The new food craze is already impacting the fishing business. In 2022, sales of canned fish in the U.S. rose by 2.7%.
