New Jersey Woman Builds Paralyzed Cat a Special Wheelchair

Rocky, a cat on wheels, is inspiring special needs pet owners across the world. He was saved and rehabilitated by a New Jersey woman, after becoming paralyzed. Dawn Firestone says Rocky's birth mother dropped him about 15 feet, causing a spinal injury that damaged nerves and made him unable to walk. She's since adopted Rocky and taken him to doctors for X-rays, physical therapy in a water tank, and acupuncture. InsideEdition.com's Lisa Voyticki has more.
