New Jersey Woman Speaks Out About Violent Beach Arrest

Her arrest on the beach shocked everyone as it was caught on cell phone video and police body cams. Emily Weinman said she cooperated when police asked her to take a breathalyzer test after they noticed alcohol in a cooler. But events quickly went south when she refused to give them her name. Weinman acknowledges she gave the officers attitude, but doesn’t think she deserved to be punched in the head. It all happened in Wildwood, N.J., over the Memorial Day weekend.
