New Video Shows Congressman Giving Tour of U.S. Capitol a Day Before the Attack

Who is this man in surveillance video being seen across America? He's seen taking photos of different areas in a congressional office building a day before the January 6 attack on the Capitol. The man was in a group of 15 people on a tour led by Georgia Republican Congressman Barry Loudermilk on January 5th. The January 6 committee claims he's the same man who recorded himself threatening leading Democrats during the attack on the Capitol the next day.
