Painter Shot After Knocking On Wrong Apartment Door

Byron Castillo, a house painter, says he was shot after he knocked on the wrong door at a North Carolina apartment. The man who lived there shot Castillo when he pulled on a door handle to try to enter the apartment. He showed Inside Edition's Les Trent the huge scar he suffered due to the shooting. The man who shot the house painter was never charged because he was protected by North Carolina's stand-your-ground laws.
