North Carolina Woman Donates 120 Bloodhounds to Police Nationwide

If there's anyone who knows how great a bloodhound is, it's Tammy Bybee. She's bred more than 120 of them and has donated the majority to police agencies across the country. Her dogs are now helping officers from coast to coast. Bybee pays for all the breeding out of pocket, but the reward she gets from helping others is priceless.
