"Nothing Compares 2 U" singer Sinead O'Connor has died at the age of 56. The legendary Irish singer achieved fame in the early 1990s with her hit single "Nothing Compares 2 U." O'Connor is best known for the uproar she caused during her 1992 performance on “Saturday Night Live” when she tore up an image of Pope John Paul II. In the last video she posted before her untimely death, O'Connor gave a tour of her London apartment.
