NYC and DC Homeless Killings May Be Work of Serial Killer, Cops Say

Police in New York City and Washington D.C. are investigating what they believe is the work of a serial killer, who seems to be targeting homeless people. At least five people have been attacked and two were killed according to authorities, who think the incidents may be the work of the same person. Investigators say the attacks happened in Washington D.C. over a six-day period before they started happening in New York. They released video of the suspect.
