Off-Duty Navy Sailor Helps Survivors of Capsized Boat Get to Floating Devices

After a boat capsized with dozens of people on board, one of the first people on the scene helping was Cale Foy, an off-duty Navy Sailor who happened to be spending the day near the water with his family. Foy said, "I gave everything to my wife and said I'll see you in a little bit and just jumped in the water." Officials believe this may have been more than just a tragic boating accident. It is being investigated as a possible human smuggling operation.
