Officer Accused of Fatally Shooting Neighbor After Apartment Mix-Up Identified

The Texas Rangers are investigating after an off-duty Dallas police officer, returning home after a shift, allegedly entered the wrong apartment and fatally shot the man who lived there. The officer has been identified as 30-year-old Amber Guyger, a patrol officer who has been with the department for four years.
