The character everyone loved to hate in “The Parent Trap” is looking back on 20 years of the film’s success. The movie made a star of a youngster named Lindsay Lohan, but how times have changed. Two decades later, it’s the character Meredith who is seen as the real hero. Actress Elaine Hendrix told Inside Edition, “Meredith was very misunderstood.” Hendrix continued, “She knew what she wanted and she went after it.”
