Peggy isn’t your average-looking dog. But who needs to be cute when you’re famous? Peggy Is the reigning Ugliest Dog in Britain. But before she received that title, her human mom, Holly, says people used to stare in the street. The first question people usually ask is, “What kind of dog is she?” Peggy is a mix of a pug and a Chinese Crested.
