Pennsylvania College Students Shocked as Roof Collapses at St. Patrick's Party

College students Albert Levin and Claudia Meader were shocked when a roof collapsed during a St. Patrick's Day block party. Meader was hospitalized with a concussion. The following day a vast crowd of partygoers were back celebrating on the same street. Meanwhile, the cast of "Riverdance" took over Times Square as the beloved show celebrates its 30th anniversary.
