Pet Monkey Gets Loose In Spirit Halloween In Texas

Cops in Plano, Texas, say a customer at a Spirit Halloween store brought their pet monkey with them to go shopping. The little guy seemingly decided to go looking for a costume on his own, got away from his owner, and ended up swinging from the rafters.
