Scenes of chaos erupted at a Shoprite supermarket in Philadelphia, as it was laid barren as looters ransacked the store for fifteen hours straight. Shelves were cleared, and looters even got into a safe. One local resident, Rashon Howard, took to Facebook to plead his community to come together and help. Inside Edition spoke to Sandy Brown, who owns the Shoprite with her husband. They said they called the police, but nobody would come.
