Stephanie Heer says her pit bull, Lucy, just loves their local UPS worker, Paul. She says for the past 5 years Lucy has been running to greet him whenever his big brown truck pulls up on their street. Paul is excited to see her too and usually gives her belly rubs and treats, but it was Paul who got the treat this year when he saw Lucy dressed up as him for Halloween.
