Pizza Gets an Award From the United Nations

It's about time! Pizza is finally being honored as officially awesome. More specifically, pizza makers in the Italian city of Naples were recognized by the United Nations. There are some 3,000 pizza-makers in Naples, who use wood-fired ovens to make their perfect pies. The UN declared Neapolitan pizza-making as part of the "intangible cultural heritage of humanity." Pizza makers in Naples celebrated by tossing their dough in the air.
