Officers with the Anne Arundel County Police Department in Maryland caught a harrowing holiday rescue on their body cameras. They were called to a creek following reports of a teenager who had jumped in. A friend went into the creek to rescue them, but then the helper fell through the frozen water and wound up needing to be saved.
