Police Captain Suspected of DUI Asks Cop to Turn Off Bodycam During Traffic Stop

A police officer’s service wasn’t enough to get him out of trouble. Video from a traffic stop shows Captain James French asking a fellow sergeant in the Oklahoma City Police Department to turn off his body camera. Police say the sergeant spotted the vehicle, which was issued to French by the city, swerving and pulled the car over. The sergeant says French asked several times for him to turn off his body camera. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
