Phoenix Police Looking for Suspected Restaurant Arsonist

Very clear security video shows a man wheeling some luggage into a West Phoenix, Arizona, area restaurant while it was still technically closed, after reportedly selling an employee a sob story. Once he ordered, he doubled back and changed his mind, before Phoenix police say he spilled the gasoline in his suitcase onto the restaurant’s floor, ignited the liquid and set the place on fire.
