Police Save Lifeless 2-Year-Old Girl Who Fell Into Pool

A 2-year-old girl was saved by police after falling into a pool in Florida. A Doral police officer pounded her back and then turned her over so that chest compressions could be administered. Officer Johan Gallo, father of two, tells Inside Edition, "She wasn't alive at the time." Then, a miracle, the little girl gasped for air. 2-year-old Keilanys Guayapero was rushed to an emergency vehicle where paramedics continued the resuscitation effort. The family was reunited with the girls' heroes.
