Police Seek Man Suspected of Taking Donations for Wounded Soldiers

Police in Florida are looking for a man they call a S.C.U.M.B.A.G. The Volusia County Sheriff says the acronym stands for "Suspected Criminal Unconcerned With Morals or Basic Acts of Goodness," and that's exactly how cops describe the man who they say took a donation box with money meant to help wounded soldiers.
