Police Seek Suspect in Armed Carjacking in New Orleans

Police are looking for a suspect who they say carjacked a woman at gunpoint in New Orleans. Cops released video of the incident from a surveillance camera. It shows a woman getting into her car in a rear parking lot. As she starts to back up to turn around, a man appears some distance behind the vehicle. When she drives past him, he approaches the car, opens the door, and appears to struggle with the driver. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
