Premature Baby Wears Cap and Gown to Celebrate 'Graduation' From NICU

One baby took a triumphant lap around the hospital to announce he was graduating from the NICU and finally going home. Little Cullen Potter was born in March at just 22 weeks. Doctors had told his mom and dad he only had a 2% chance of survival and if he did live, he would probably be disabled.
