George H.W. Bush passed away late Friday night. The 41st President of the United States was born in Massachusetts, and led a life of service. He became the youngest aviator in the Navy during WWII, before eventually becoming UN Ambassador, head of the CIA and Vice President.
Bush married Barbara Pierce in 1945. They were married for 73 years before Barbara’s death in April. The couple had six children, including George W. Bush, who would become the nation’s 43rd president in 2000. George H.W. Bush was 94 years old.
