President Trump Boasts He Would Have Run Into Florida School to Stop Rampage

President Trump says he would have run into the Florida high school to stop last week’s shooting, even if he had been unarmed. “I really believe I’d run in there even if I didn’t have a weapon,” he said while speaking to a room of governors at the White House. “And I think most of the people in this room would have done that, too.” Trump also continued his denunciation of Broward County Sheriff’s Deputy Scot Peterson and other deputies who allegedly took cover as the shooting unfolded.
