Murder Charges Against Woman and Her 14-Year-Old Son Dropped

After ordering food, an argument ensued between Carlishia Hood and another customer, identified as 32-year-old, Jeremy Brown. Brown then viciously punches Hood at least three times. Her son walked into the restaurant and fatally shot Brown, at his mother's behest according to police. After turning themselves in, they were both charged with first-degree murder. In a stunning turn of events, prosecutors dropped all charges after obtaining the videotape of the shooting.
