One of Queen Elizabeth II's maids of honor still has her dress from the 1947 royal wedding, and it is a stunner. In an interview with the Smithsonian Channel, Lady Anne Glenconner described the dress as "beautifully embroidered [with] pearls and gold." The gown was put together by the same designer who made the queen's coronation dress. "We were rather like the Spice Girls," Lady Anne said of the queen's bridesmaids. "We were in all of the papers."
