Man Allegedly Hurls Racial Slurs Rear-Ending Family: Police

An incident in a fast food parking lot started in racial slurs and ended in violence. A family in southern California says this altercation started when a man driving a Jeep hit their vehicle from behind. The driver of the Jeep pulled alongside them and used racial slurs. When family arrived to help, the Jeep owner got out of his vehicle, and it got physical. Nicholas Weber, the 31-year-old Jeep driver, was arrested by the LAPD for battery and assault with serious bodily injury.
