Rare Snowy Owl Spotted in Southern California Has Flown Away

A rare snowy owl had experts confused when it popped up in Southern California. Far from its usual Arctic tundra habitat. Now as quick as the owl came, it’s gone. The extremely rare animal caused quite the commotion in the neighborhood, with photographers and bird enthusiasts from all over coming to get a glimpse. Now, experts who’ve been keeping tabs on the owl for a month told KCBS they are unsure of where it could have gone. Inside Edition Digital has more.
