Real Life 'Muffin Man' Bakes Goods for the Homeless

Julia Levy and Jacob Kaufman have literally become the iconic nursery rhyme character, 'The Muffin Man.' Every year they gather volunteers to make muffins for the homeless. It all started when Jacob handed out leftover baked goods to those in need in his San Francisco community.
