Rescue Amputee Dog Adopted by Vet Who Lost Leg in Iraq
Scooter is a rescue dog. A Tennessee fisherman found him badly injured near a creek. When he finally got to an animal shelter, doctors had to amputate his leg. He's now living happily with Joshua Ferguson, who says he and Scooter understand each other all too well. As a veteran, Ferguson has been through his own challenges.
