Researchers Find Kangaroos May Be Able to Communicate with Humans Like Dogs

Move over parrots. Kangaroos may be the next animals found to be able to communicate with their humans. So say the results of a new study of the marsupials. “But, nevertheless it was important to carry it out using a wild species. A truly wild species, like kangaroos. And much to our surprise they did show the gazing behaviour and the gaze alternations that are usually associated with domestic animals,” said researcher Alan McElligott.
