Researchers in Mexico Create Anti-Coronavirus Nose Mask

A coronavirus-protection mask that just covers the nose was developed by scientists in Mexico. Immunologist Gustavo Acosta says his invention provides some protection for people when they remove their full-face masks to eat. Nose masks are not meant to replace a full-face mask that covers the nose, mouth and chin. Johns Hopkins University researchers say that the nose is a key pathway for coronavirus infection.
