Retired Teacher Plays Violin While In Utah Hospital Battling COVID-19

Music is often called the universal language, and this moment of a Utah man playing his violin while battling COVID-19 is sending a special message of thanks to the doctor and nurses who saved his life. Still attached to a ventilator, retired junior high teacher Grover Wilhelmsen plays the Tennessee Waltz for ICU doctors and nurses. Though he’s unable to speak, he hand-wrote a note asking if his wife could bring his violin in. Nurse Ciara Sase says she was moved beyond words.
