Charles Cogger is a falconer and tells KCBS he was working with his birds at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles at the Rams game. His trained hawks chase away other birds like crows who like to steal food from fans. That's where he says someone took his utility truck with the two hawks in their boxes.
