River Runs White With Milk After Tanker Crash in Wales

The Dulais River, near the small Welsh village of Llanwrda, ran white with milk, after a dairy tanker crashed into it. Natural Resources Wales said it didn’t know exactly how much dairy product was introduced into the Dulais. The agency remains lactose tolerant as it continues to monitor the situation. The milk flood calls to mind another recent river incident. Earlier this year, a stream in Indonesia ran red with dye from the local textile industry.
