Robots That Can Track Health of Plants Created by Researchers in Italy
It looks like this robot is just out for a stroll, but it’s on a mission. This four-legged dog-like bot, named ANYmal, was created to track the health of plants. It also measures how animals impact their habitat. According to CBS News, ANYmal is full of sensors and cameras and has many jobs, including tracking conservation efforts and measuring the height of trees and plants. ANYmal is also self-sufficient and can go unsupervised. Inside Edition Digital has more.
