The killing of an American student in Europe is concerning parents of kids heading abroad. Sarah Papenheim, 21, was allegedly stabbed to death by her roommate. She was studying psychology at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and was planning to come back to the U.S. for Christmas. Papenheim’s roommate, Dutch national Joel Schelling, was arrested at a train station 60 miles from the apartment they shared. Before her death, she sent texts saying she was concerned about him.
