Scientists Say Hot Summer Causing ‘Weather Whiplash’ With Droughts and Floods

It’s happening all over the world - droughts, floods, then more drought. Scientists call it weather whiplash. We’ve seen it a lot in the midwest, where a hot July produced extremely dry conditions in places like Kentucky and later brought deadly floods to the state.
