Seal Pup Recovering After Hitchhiking A Ride To Shore With Boater

It was a touching reunion at an animal rescue center. Matthew Miller first met this sea lion pup when he was out on his boat with his daughter in San Clemente. He says the little guy practically hitched a ride, knowing he needed help. Miller called animal rescuers, who asked him to bring the pup to a dock so they could pick him up. He was named Chump and veterinarians say they're glad he was found. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
